San Martin de los Andes is located on the shores of Lake Lácar within the Lanin National Park; San Martin de los Andes is considered a paradise of peace and tranquility, with its environment of rivers, waterfalls, mountains and magical forests.
Military Settlement in its origins, this typical mountain village dazzles today, in addition, for its particular building with wood and stone, which gives it a warmth and charm characteristic.

During the winter, the activity involves around the center of the winter hill Chapelco, one of the most attractive of Patagonia, located a few kilometers from the city center. San Martin de los Andes also offers the chance to practice fly fishing and major hunting, and is the starting point for a wide variety of land and lake excursions, to spend unforgettable moments in contact with nature, at any time of the year.
